What do I get by selling my work on AcaDemon?

When you sell a paper on AcaDemon, you earn 50% of the profit each time someone buys it. For example, if you sell a paper that costs $20 five times, you will get a check for $50. We send checks to our contributors three times a year.

Why do I need to register in order to sell my work on AcaDemon?

• We need an address and specific personal information in order to send you the money you earn from your work.
• You also have to read and agree to a licensing agreement before you can submit your first paper. This agreement confirms that:
  • -You own the rights to sell your work to AcaDemon and that AcaDemon has the right to sell it.
  • -AcaDemon is not responsible for someone taking credit for another's work and trying to sell it.

After you are done registering as a seller, you can then prepare your paper for submission.

What do I need to do to my paper before submitting it?

Before you upload your paper for review, please be sure to do all of the following:

• Spell-check and proofread the document (or have someone else do it).
• Remove protection, passwords, and other security features you may have in your file.
• Make sure to include a bibliography in your paper.
• Write a short abstract (see this document on how to write an abstract)
• Save your work in one of the acceptable formats .

When you have done all of these things, you can upload your paper so that we can review it for possible acceptance into our database.

How do I upload my paper?

When you are ready to upload your paper, simply click on the [Upload Paper] button in the Seller's area. You will be prompted to select the file on your computer, which you wish to upload. Select the appropriate file and select upload. A message will appear when the paper has finished uploading successfully.

What should I expect after I upload my paper?

Your paper will be reviewed by our academic team within 14 days of submission, and you will be notified by email of its status.

Why was my submission to AcaDemon rejected?

There are a number of possible reasons why your paper may be rejected:

• Your work does not meet the high quality standards that AcaDemon has set.
• Something may be wrong with the file. If it is not sent in one of our acceptable formats, we cannot post it on our site.
• We detected plagiarism , and, because of our commitment to academic ethics, we cannot publish your work.

If your paper is rejected, you will be notified by email within 14 days.

If accepted, how soon will my paper be available for downloading by potential buyers?

Papers that are submitted to AcaDemon are reviewed within 14 days from the time that they are uploaded. You will be notified of your paper's status via email. Once it is accepted, it will be made available for downloading immediately.

How will I know if my paper has been sold?

AcaDemon will notify you by email whenever a buyer downloads your paper. Moreover, AcaDemon has created a system that allows you to check the status of your account and see how many papers you have sold at any time.

How and when do I get my money?

AcaDemon will send you a check within the first 30 days of the beginning of every Academic term (January, May, September). For example, checks for royalties earned during the first term (January - April) will be sent in May. Remember, you get 50% of the revenues every time your paper is downloaded. For example, if the price of your paper is $30, and it is downloaded by 10 buyers, you get $150. Every time your paper is sold, you will get an email notification. Also, AcaDemon lets you check your account any time to see how much money you have currently earned.

How is the price set for my paper?

After reviewing the paper, our academic staff will determine the price. This will be calculated according to various factors such as the paper's academic level and number of pages.

It is our policy to charge our customers between $4-7 per page, depending on the paper's level and length. All of our term papers are fairly and reasonably priced, especially when compared to prices on other term paper sites (which sell their term papers from $8 per page).

What if I want to change the price of my paper after I have submitted and published it?

In general, all prices on our website are unchangeable and we spend a long time carefully examining your paper before setting its price. Please note that if your paper has not been purchased, it is not necessarily because the price is too high/low but is probably because no one has requested a paper on that topic yet. Some topics are just more popular than others.

However, if you still feel strongly about changing the price of your paper, please send us a detailed message, with the name and number of the paper, along with the suggested price. We reserve the right to decline the change if we believe the price to be too high/low.

What can I do to make my paper more attractive to potential buyers?

In order to make your paper more sellable, we suggest that you include the following with your paper:

• A title
• A descriptive subtitle
• An abstract (a summary of your paper). Remember: the abstract is what helps you sell your paper. Make it as clear and concise as possible. We recommend that if your paper is more than 10 pages, you write a more detailed abstract and include a table of contents.
• Keywords that would help a potential buyer find your paper with our search engine. Do not include redundant words such as "or," "and," or "the," or words already in the title.
• Word count (not including the title and the bibliography)
• Appropriate academic categories in which the paper belongs.

Can I sell my papers if I live outside of the U.S.A.? And how would I receive the royalty payments?

Absolutely. AcaDemon will be happy to publish your term papers even if you live outside of the United States. Any royalty payments resulting from a paper(s) that you sell on AcaDemon will be sent to your mailing address as it appears on your seller's account. All royalties will be paid in U.S. Dollars.

What if I need to change the mailing address listed on my profile?

If you need to change your mailing address, go to the Seller's Area of the AcaDemon website and you will be able to change the information there.

Note that the mailing address is the address to which your checks will be mailed, so make sure that your mailing address on your profile is current.

What about copyright issues?

A copyright is the right to make copies of your work, to distribute copies to the public, to prepare derivative works, to perform the work in public, and to display the work in public.

When a work is created, the original author owns the copyright. This can change if the copyright is sold or given to another person by the author of the work. In most cases, you know whether you own the copyright of your work. Nonetheless, if you are not sure we recommend that you check with a legal professional.

What about my privacy rights?

AcaDemon will not reveal your personal information to any third party without your explicit consent. However, AcaDemon is entitled to use the personal information you give and the information it collects in order to improve the services offered by this web site, to contact you (if necessary), or to analyze statistics and give this analysis to third parties, including advertisers. When using such personal information, AcaDemon will not identify you personally.
